TERMS OF SERVICE – FEYCO
GENERAL RIGHTS AND CONDITIONSIAs: It is prohibited to use AI tools to edit or modify the artwork. Doing so violates these terms of service.Credits: When sharing any publication related to art created by Feyco, always give proper credit, mentions, or any type of tagging. You should use: "@feyco_arts" in the posts or projects. If it is a fanart, tag both Feyco and the creator of the OC. Note: This applies to any social media platform.Discarded Sketches: Feyco may use discarded sketches for other projects.Cancellations: Feyco may cancel at any time, regardless of problems or unforeseen circumstances. Details regarding this are provided further in "###PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS###".Watermarks: Artworks come with a Feyco watermark and a version without it; however, if posted on any social media, you must tag or mention Feyco.License: The client receives a non-exclusive, non-commercial license for personal use only. Any commercial use must be previously agreed upon with Feyco. This does not grant any rights over third-party characters or intellectual property, and the client is responsible for ensuring that any use of fanart complies with the rights of the original creator.Promotional Use: Feyco may use the artworks purchased by clients for portfolio, social media, and self-promotion purposes only.Deadlines: Delivery deadlines are negotiated and informed according to Feyco’s needs, reaching a consensus with the buyer. The agreement is made directly with the person placing the commission.WIP Confidentiality: It is forbidden to disclose any production stage (WIP) on any social media medium. The entire process must be kept confidential until completion. Only Feyco may show or post the art process if they wish. Publishing WIPs is only allowed after the final delivery of the art, and you must give credit or mention Feyco.Minors: If the client is under 16, a brief authorization letter from a parent or legal guardian will be required, signed by them, confirming awareness and approval of the commission. Feyco reserves the right to refuse any request involving minors if deemed inappropriate. Feyco is not responsible for any falsification of authorization documents. The client declares that all provided information is true and accurate. Feyco shall not be held responsible if a minor under 16 provides false information regarding their age, as it is the duty of parents or legal guardians to supervise and ensure proper care and responsibility over the minor. Please submit a photo of the handwritten authorization or a PDF. The authorization template will be available on the main page of Feyco’s website.Personal Use: The client may use the art for personal use or posting (always tag Feyco, please), but reselling, tracing, or editing by other people is prohibited.General Credits: For arts used in personal projects or posted anywhere, credits to Feyco must be mentioned or tagged somewhere.Queue: The queue is organized by order of confirmed payment. One client cannot take the place of another. Please wait your turn. It is also not possible to reserve a future slot for any client. Everyone must follow the order of arrival in the queue.###PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS###Agreements: Payment should only be made after all agreements and ideas are stipulated, organized, and accepted by both Feyco and the person commissioning the art.Payment Method: Pix and PayPal are the only accepted forms of payment. An invoice with the amount or a message stating the value will be sent. Payment must be in full, but there will be policies guaranteeing refund conditions mentioned in the terms of service.Refund Restrictions: In case of a refund requested by the buyer, the art will not be made available. It is also forbidden for the person to provide, disclose, or use any WIP of the art if they have cancelled the order. Feyco may use this unfinished art for other projects as they see fit.Refund percentages are based on the amount of work completed and time invested.Refund Rates (Full Render): 95% if cancelled after payment and before the sketch has started; 50% if requested during the sketch; 35% during LineArt; 25% if colored (Flat); 5% if shaded (Shaded); and 0% if the drawing is already finished (Full Render).Refund Rates (Shaded): 95% before the sketch starts; 50% during sketch; 30% during LineArt; 20% if colored (Flat); 0% if finished and shaded (Shaded).Refund Rates (Flat): 95% before the sketch starts; 45% during sketch; 25% during LineArt; 0% if finished and colored (Flat).Refund Rates (LineArt): 95% before the sketch starts; 30% during sketch; 0% if the LineArt is finished.Refund Rates (Sketch): 95% before the sketch starts; 0% if the sketch is finished.Full refunds (100%) are granted only in the previously stated cases or when payment has been made and the refund request is submitted before all agreements and goals are finalized.Artist Cancellation: If Feyco cancels after payment, there will be a full refund regardless of the stage of the artwork. The client may keep the PNG or JPEG of the unfinished art. ONLY in this case may the art be edited by others due to the unexpected cancellation, and it must not be edited using AI tools. Even if someone else finishes the art, mention Feyco if posted on any social media.Alterations: Changes during the sketch phase are free, unless a major change is required, such as changing the character, removing a large part of the sketch, or restarting it entirely. In such cases, an additional fee will be applied, which will be fair and determined based on each specific situation. Minimal changes after LineArt (colors, alignment) are free, but major alterations after LineArt will also incur an extra fee, defined by difficulty. Fees may increase depending on complexity and stage.Production Start: All services will only begin after payment is confirmed and all agreements are finalized. This includes fees for any extra alterations after the art is finished.Invoice Deadline: The invoice will be sent within approximately 48 hours. Payment must be made within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Otherwise, you will be removed from the queue.Prices for Brazilian clients are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL/R$). Feyco adopts this policy not out of xenophobia or prejudice. In Brazil, art is extremely undervalued, and this approach was chosen as a way to contribute to a society with greater access to culture. For international clients, payments are handled in U.S. dollars (USD/$) or euros (EUR/€).###COMMUNICATIONS, WIP UPDATES, AND RULES###Communication Channel: When starting the conversation, the person must provide the communication method they are most available on. WIPs and correction requests must be made through this same channel.Abandonment: Requests not answered within seven days (168 hours) after the last communication will be classified as abandoned by the client. They will be removed from the queue and may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the stage of completion. The client agrees to receive the artwork in its current state. They may post the artwork for personal use with proper credit to Feyco but may not edit or use it commercially under copyright terms.Feedback: Good communication brings better results. Always notify if Feyco forgets a detail. Circling or pointing with a red line on the region you want to change is very welcome. Body shape details are free during the sketch, and the color palette can be changed for free until the Flat color stage.References: References must be visual and clear. If you want to add something not in the reference, describe it with maximum detail and send similar references.Finalization: When the client is satisfied, the work will be considered finished and cannot receive further changes.Format: Drawings are in Feyco's style, provided in PNG or JPEG. The source file will not be provided under any circumstances.Conduct: Any behavior involving harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive conduct will result in cancellation. Their order will be cancelled, and they will receive a 50% refund or 0%, depending on the situation . Requests with symbols representing such things will suffer the same penalty.###I DO / I DON'T###What I Do: Furry, Human, Any gender/body, Slightly suggestive content, Mild gore, OCs, Backgrounds, Fanart.What I Don't Do: Hate speech, Gore, Vore, Scat/Vomit, NSFW, Tracing or copyrighted characters (except Fanarts), Minor-related suggestive content, or fetishes that may mentally harm the artist.Personal Data: Basic personal information (such as name, username, and contact details) may be collected solely for communication and commission purposes and will not be shared with third parties.By commissioning Feyco, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms of service on this page.
